We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming.
- Handle custodial duties such as waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and surface cleaning.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Engage in industrial cleaning processes where applicable, following safety protocols and guidelines.
- Provide porter services by maintaining cleanliness in common areas and assisting with setup for events or meetings.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care methods and equipment operation is beneficial.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
