As your one-stop shop for event production, fabrication installation, and technical AV, we bring your vision from rendering to reality.Role Overview : Seeking a talented Associate Producer to join our team!As an Associate Producer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Executive Producer or Producer(s) during all stages of a project lifecycle. You'll engage in tasks ranging from project management, fabrication oversight, logistics coordination, equipment management, and team collaboration. Adaptability and strong organizational skills are essential to thrive in this role.The Ideal Candidate : Has a strong understanding & background in event asset fabrication.Has proven experience of successful project management in fabrication, event production, entertainment, or event marketing industries.Possesses strong background in fabrication, 3D renderings, and design.Is a self-starter - able to work independently and as part of a team.Has the ability to prioritize and change / shift focus with ease.Is passionate about what they do and loves to learn.Excited by the opportunity to wear multiple hats.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Work with our fabrication team to provide estimates & solutions for incoming projects.Oversee and implement all aspects of a project from estimating, design, fabrication & execution.Complete project tasks, as directed by Executive Producer and / or Producer(s) to ensure seamless installation and execution of every event / experience, and actively participate in problem-solving when adjustments are required.Support the Producer team on large sized projects as well as manage individual projects of smaller scale.Coordinate and plan fabrication installation, technical AV and other production elements.Manage simultaneous projects in various stages of a project lifecycle.Negotiate event details with vendors and event organizers.Acquire and organize estimates from suppliers and partners, communicating in an efficient and professional manner.Participate in brainstorms, team and client meetings and briefings.Assist in coordinating project budgets and management of invoices.Support client communications, aiding Leadership in maintaining relationships and meeting expectations aligned with company standards.Effectively manage relationships with producers and other team leaders to support successful agency operations.Supervise on-site teams and vendors to guarantee flawless installation and execution of each event / experience.Flexibility to travel as we execute projects and events nationwide.Requirements : 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience.Previous fabrication and design experience.Excellent written, presentation and communication skills.Experience working as a part of a client / project team in experiential marketing.Proficiency in Google Suite, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.In-office and onsite event management experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
