Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high quality solutions for their clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a collaborative agile environment.

The Candidate shall possess and provide the following required skills and demonstrated experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 15 years of experience in software engineering
• Oracle, PostgreSQL and modern database technologies.
• performing testing and quality assurance of developed solutions within the existing Oracle data tier.
• developing, creating, and modifying data structure and data load routines for analytic use cases.
• working with relational data tiers including cleansing, transforming and processing of structured data.
• working with views, triggers and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Amazon Web Services environments, including RDS, S3, notification/alert services, etc.
• working within an Agile project management model and approved Project Management Frameworks.
• aligning data architecture with enterprise strategy and architectures that integrate and improve the quality of enterprise data.

Highly Desired Skills
Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:

• agile scrum master and agile development team member.
• Amazon Web Services/Cloud Data Migration Services.
• Demonstrated experience with JIRA.
• collaborating and presenting technical information with Sponsor staff, IT customers, and other technical and non-technical staff and contractors at all levels.
• variety of data repository types (i.e., relational, NoSQL, distributed processing framework, etc.).
