This role will focus on driving revenue through performance-based partnerships across multiple channels, with special emphasis on healthcare professionals, medical experts, and wellness authorities. As our first hire in this function, you'll both develop the strategic vision and execute hands-on campaigns.You enjoy all phases of creative development and have a detailed eye for asset production. We’re also looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, lean and collaborative environment. Iterations and group input will be familiar territory for this person. While we want someone who can think big, we also need someone who can be resourceful in how they approach executing. They should be both passionate and comfortable working with a very young brand in its early stages of growth.What You'll Do : Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute comprehensive influencer strategy across social, podcast, newsletter, or eventsBuild scalable processes for performance-based partnerships in a regulated industry (medical / pharmaceutical experience preferred)Create measurement frameworks focused on revenue attribution and ROI while maintaining complianceDesign testing frameworks to optimize channel performance and message effectivenessLead future team growth and developmentPartnership & Campaign ManagementSource and manage relationships with healthcare professionals, medical experts, and other wellness influencersLead high-value partnership negotiations, including celebrity-level talent and medical authoritiesExecute compliant campaign management across all channelsOptimize campaigns for revenue generation and customer acquisitionCreate systems to leverage credible influencer content across other marketing channelsPerformance & AnalyticsOwn revenue targets for influencer channelDevelop attribution models for cross-channel impactCreate reporting frameworks for stakeholder communicationOptimize budget allocation based on performance dataScale successful partnerships while maintaining compliance and efficiencyRequired Qualifications 7 years of influencer marketing experience with proven revenue impactExperience managing podcast and newsletter partnershipsTrack record of negotiating and managing high-profile partnershipsStrong background in performance marketing and attributionProven ability to build programs from scratch or scale programs significantlyExperience leveraging influencer content across marketing channelsCan thrive in a player-coach roleStrongly Preferred Experience Experience running influencer programs in regulated industries (healthcare, pharma, supplements)Track record of working with healthcare professionals and medical expertsExperience with compliance review processesSuccess Metrics Direct and attributed revenue from influencer programsNew customer acquisition efficiencyContent performance across channelsCross-channel content utilizationProgram ROI and scalabilitySalary & Benefits $100,000 - $120,000Medical, Dental, and VisionCommuter BenefitsLife & STD InsuranceCompany match on 401 (k)Flexible Time Off (FTO)Equity#J-18808-Ljbffr
