Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through visiting prospective restaurants, delis, diners, bagel stores to carry our products cold calling.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while expanding your territory.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for business development.
- Utilize software tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant sales, beverage sales, coffee sales is preferred.
- Strong skills in lead generation and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
- Ability to conduct effective product demos and articulate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with software tools relevant to sales processes is advantageous.
