What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at PENELOPE'S LIL' CAFE?
Penelope's Lil' Cafe in Lincoln, NE is looking for one server to join our 16 person strong team. We are located on 4724 Pioneers Blvd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable. 8 am to 2:30 pm 1 weekday and all weekends. We are a family owned and operated restaurant and take great pride in our staff. We are looking for a fast and detail oriented server with prior breakfast serving experience.
Responsibilities
- Setting the table
- Presenting the menu and helping customers select food
- Delivering food to tables
- Delivering a great customer experience
- Must be a great team player
- Must be able to serve alcohol and have city and state permits to serve
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience as a Server, Waitstaff for breakfast
- Knowledge of POS system
