Responsibilities
- Assist members with financial transactions, including account openings, loan applications, and cash withdrawals
- Maintain accurate records and balance cash drawers
- Perform other duties as assigned, including training new teammates and supporting branch initiatives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a financial services setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
