We are seeking reliable, self motivated, caring individual to join our team.
We are seeking full-time workers available to work 9am to 5pm or 11am to 7pm.
This position requires a every other weekend commitment and some holidays.
Duties:
- Plan and organize daily activity programs for residents
- Coordinate and schedule activities, outings, and events
- Provide social work support to residents, including counseling on aging issues
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the well-being of residents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with seniors or in a similar role preferre
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
