Job Description
Do you love to swim?! Pengu Swim School may be the place for you! Pengu Swim School is looking for active, energetic, and highly accountable people to fill our Front Desk Customer Service position. The position is available in multiple locations including Houston-Central, Cinco Ranch, Sugar Land and our future location in Cypress. The Front Desk position is responsible for maintaining positive communication with customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Greeting customers
-Providing excellent customer service with a smile and positive attitude
-Communicating with customers with the upmost respect and attentiveness
-Registering new swimmers
-Maintaining proper phone etiquette
-Operating our online scheduling software
-Stocking snack bar and drinks
-General facility cleaning including cleaning of dressing rooms and maintaining a presentable and clean lobby area.
