Job Overview:
The Comfort Advisor is a customer service expert who builds strong relationships with clients to help them identify the HVAC solutions that best suit their needs and lifestyle. As a key member of the HVAC sales department, they play a crucial role in achieving sales goals. Their responsibilities include conducting on-site project assessments, providing detailed sales proposals, and responding promptly to all inquiries. Throughout the process, they maintain a strong customer relationship from the initial contact to job completion. With a high conversion rate, they effectively sell and upgrade HVAC equipment and comfort systems, while also leveraging knowledge of basic home equipment to cross-sell additional products and services.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years HVAC Sales Experience
- Proficient in building long term customer relationships
- Skilled in Verbal and Written communication
- Overcome objections with ability to validate customers while gaining business
