We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. Duties
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process.
- Manage reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- reservations software, like RoomMaster and Keysystem
- Proficiency in phone systems and hotel management software.
- Experience in hospitality management or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Requirements - Hotel Front Desk Agent / Receptionist
- Candidates need to be fluent in English - Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
- At least 1 year of prior experience as a front desk agent, receptionist, concierge or night auditor experience is required
- Flexible schedule is required, weekends and holidays included.
- Must have computer skills.
