Overview
Penguin Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. This role will partner closely with leaders at all levels to develop and execute talent solutions that align to business objectives and promote a culture of high performance and engagement. As a trusted advisor, you will build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization and serve as a go-to resource for employees and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Act as a coach and trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Partner with managers to drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition, ensuring development plans align with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Address employee concerns, interpersonal conflicts, and performance-related coaching to foster a productive, inclusive work environment.
- In partnership with the Centers of Excellence, facilitate the successful rollout of key HR programs (e.g., performance reviews, talent development, succession planning, compensation planning)
- Foster a collaborative working environment by establishing cross-functional relationships across the organization (ie. the broader HR / TA team, Finance, Legal, IT, etc).
- Lead and support DEI and culture development activities.
- Analyzes trends and metrics to recommend solutions, programs, and policies.

Compensation & Benefits
The base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in the United States is $90,000 - $120,000, where the upper end of the range is applicable to hybrid employees in California; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
