We are seeking a Licensed Child Care Administrator to become a part of our team who is able to plan, direct, and coordinate activities for a residential care facility!
Responsibilities :
- Daily operations of the facility
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children
- Compliance with state regulations
- Plan and coordinate medical and health services in hospitals, clinics or similar organizations
- Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for children, including educational, therapeutic, and recreational programs
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff, including direct care workers, therapists, and administrative personnel
- Monitor and implement safety protocols, including emergency response procedures and abuse reporting
- Ensure the facility complies with state regulations, including minimum standards, rules, and laws
Submit required reports to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and other governing bodies
Maintain accurate records of child progress, incidents, staffing, and other relevant data
