Payrate : $33.00 - $38.00 / hr Based on Experience

Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts in the building materials industry. This role involves assisting with marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, managing promotional materials and swag distribution, and ensuring brand consistency to promote our high-quality products. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, creative, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a collaborative and innovative team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in creating and editing marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, social media content, and email campaigns
- Manage and update website content to ensure product and promotional accuracy
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and product launches across multiple channels
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for analysis
- Help plan and execute trade shows, industry events, and product demonstrations
- Prepare and organize promotional materials and product samples for events
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Maintain a database of leads and customer insights to support sales and marketing initiatives
- Manage schedules, appointments, and logistics for the marketing team
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other marketing-related documentation
- Oversee inventory of promotional materials, including branded swag, trade show giveaways, and client gifts
