Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
- Maintain updated information to include photos, descriptions, inventory levels
- Utilize several platforms/software and ensure the infomation and synchronization works
- Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels on the website.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
- Utilize POS systems to track sales data and analyze market trends for informed decision-making.
- Implement effective shift management practices to ensure adequate coverage for web-related tasks.
- Monitor website performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve user experience.
- Coordinate with IT and design teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to the website.
- Train staff on cash register operations and online sales processes as needed.
- Answer customer questions and assist them in placing orders
- Utilize phone system to route calls, answer questions, and ensure high quality customer service
Qualifications
- Proven experience in web management or a related field, preferably within retail or e-commerce environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and retail management practices.
- Knowledge of wireless sales techniques and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in using cash registers and other point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on collaboration.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Must be familiar with Big Commerce, Thryve Inventory, Ooma Business (Phone), Clover Point of Sale
