Your Role as Supply Coordinator

As the Supply Coordinator , you'll ensure our programs are well-equipped to deliver an unforgettable summer. From managing food and program supplies to coordinating snacks and lunches, your organizational skills will help create a smooth and safe camp experience for all participants.

Your Responsibilities

Purchase, organize, and maintain food and program supplies within an established budget.
Collaborate with staff to assess supply needs and ensure timely delivery.
Safely store and handle food and supplies, adhering to dietary restrictions.
Organize lunches from vendors and manage snack distribution.
Maintain first aid and safety supplies for camp programs.
Promote environmentally sustainable practices in camp operations.
Assist in planning and executing family events and other special activities.
Provide coverage for senior staff as needed and uphold the mission and values of Camp KEFF.

The Fine Print

Schedule : Pre-camp hours : May 20 - May 31, 9 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm (Monday-Friday). Camp hours : June 16 - August 8, 7 : 30 am - 5 : 15 pm (Monday-Friday). Mandatory staff training from June 3-13 (including an overnight).

Compensation : $1,071-$1,242 per week based on experience, plus overnight bonuses and free PJCC Athletic Center membership.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The work environment is characterized as loud. The employee is frequently required to walk; sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is regularly required to stand; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, run or crawl.

Events : Participate in key events like the Open House (June 12), Family Pool Party (June 25), and Family Picnic (July 26).

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Experience : Must be a high school graduate or age 18 . 1 year of college or equivalent experience in logistics, food service, or camp environments.

Organizational Skills : Highly organized and task-oriented with attention to detail.

Certifications : CPR / AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire); Food Handler certification is a plus.

Team Player : Collaborative mindset and a passion for supporting youth programs.

Flexibility : Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
