Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling, organizing, and distributing Quality Control (QC) reports while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management. This role requires excellent attention to detail, proficiency in data entry, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain data related to quality control reports
• Prepare, format, and distribute QC reports via email to relevant parties.
• Ensure all reports meet company and industry standards before distribution.
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for documentation.
• Communicate with the QC team to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including scanning, printing, and organizing documents.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Preferred)
• Proven experience in data entry or similar clerical roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic math skills for accurate data handling and calculations.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, particularly databases and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality work output.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
