About The Role
As an Environmental Services Assistant / Orderly at Peninsula Private Hospital you will be joining a large and friendly team with stable work opportunity.
Responsibilities
You will be part of a team responsible for providing the highest standards of cleanliness and efficient patient transportation to all areas of the hospital. The tasks include but are not limited to:

About The Role
As an Environmental Services Assistant / Orderly at Peninsula Private Hospital you will be joining a large and friendly team with stable work opportunity.
Responsibilities
You will be part of a team responsible for providing the highest standards of cleanliness and efficient patient transportation to all areas of the hospital. The tasks include but are not limited to:
- Equipment cleaning and reporting of maintenance issues.
- General Cleaning as required.
- Transporting of patients using a bed mover (training provided onsite)
- Removal of soiled linen from wards to the collection area
- Waste removal from wards to the collection area.
- Stocking of supplies
- Working outdoors at times as required
- Documentation – filling out of check lists and transport logs
- Following infection control principals
- Following OHS guidelines.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Effective and Friendly communication to all relevant stake holders and patients
- High level of customer service
About You

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team structure and independently as required

- Be reliable, self-motivated and have a friendly nature
