We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Utilize Vovio and Microsoft Applications for data entry and tracking of customer interactions.
- Assist in transportation planning and fleet management tasks, ensuring timely delivery of services, while maintaining contact with company drivers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions .
- Provide support in managing GPS tracking systems for fleet operations.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word a must.
- Knowledge of transportation planning, fleet management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
