TidalHealth, inSalisbury, Maryland is seeking a BE/BC Interventional Radiologistas our medical director to join its growing practice serving our 288-bed tertiary care hospital. TidalHealth offers a full range of services, including neurosurgery, cardiothoracic surgery, joint replacement, emergency/trauma care, comprehensive cancer care, wound care clinical trials and research.
The role of a Medical Director of Interventional Radiology is both critical and multifaceted. This position generally involves overseeing the clinical and operational aspects of the interventional radiology (IR) department within a healthcare organization. Clinical Oversight:
- Leadership : Provide leadership and direction for the interventional radiology team, including radiologists, nurses, and other support staff.
