Care of post-op THR, TKR, TSR, Geriatric fx patient and other fxs as well as medical overflow.
Equipment utilized in the unit / dept : Epic documentation system, Omnicell medication system.
Required skills and minimum years of experience : General medical surgical at least 2 years experience.
Job Requirements
Active MD or compact state license.
BLS - Must be American Heart Assoc.
Min 2 years med / surg experience.
Experience with Ortho patients.
Schedule Information
Shifts based on need at time of request including every other weekend.
Will not work on unit without other staff present.
No on call requirement.
Unit Specific Information
Bed size / number of rooms for this unit / dept : 24.
Nurse to patient ratio of this unit : 5-6 to 1.
