What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Generalist position at Peninsular Realty, Inc.?
Peninsular Realty is a property management company. We own and operate three apartment communities. We are looking for a professional who will bring their experience and attention to detail to this fast paced position. Following is a brief job description:
- Create job postings and post to job boards
- Onboarding new employees
- Assist employees with medical/dental/vision enrollment
- Assist employees with 401(k) enrollment
- Assist with personnel issues and terminations
- Work directly with Managers on all HR matters
- Assist Managers with interviews when necessary
- Review and post weekly staff schedule
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Reviewing and entering payables
- Prepare deposits
- Post payments to accounts receivables
- Order uniforms and other supplies
- Any other duties as assigned by Management
Must have at least two years experience with human resources.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
