Key Responsibilities
- Customer Follow-Up: Contact customers after they have received their product to ensure delivery was successful and that they are satisfied with their purchase.
- Customer Satisfaction Tracking: Inquire about the customer’s experience with the product, address any needs or concerns, and provide information about warranties.
- Long-Term Engagement: Schedule follow-up calls at 6 months and 1 year post-purchase to maintain customer satisfaction and address any ongoing needs.
- Data Management: Track and document all follow-up calls and customer interactions in a structured and organized manner.
- System Creation: Develop and implement a system to manage customer follow-up processes effectively, as there is currently no existing system in place.
- Social media & Internet Skills: Utilize social media, texting, and search engines to communicate with customers and gather necessary information.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer interactions are positive and professional.
- Strong proficiency with the internet, social media platforms, and search engines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to create and manage tracking systems.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
