QC Engineering Manager

Penmac Staffing is seeking an experienced Quality Control Engineering Manager to establish and enforce production standards, oversee quality systems, and manage warranty returns (RMAs) for a company located in Springfield, MO. The role involves leading the Tech Team and implementing checkpoints to eliminate production defects. This is a direct hire position.

MUST HAVE A DEGREE IN QUALITY, INDUSTRIAL, OR ENGINEERING

Key Responsibilities

• Set quality control standards and track failures.
• Manage the Tech Team and quality control processes.
• Develop methods to measure machinery centricity and ensure service intervals.
• Improve revision and lot control for products.
• Conduct audits, analyze data, and identify process improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Quality, Industrial, or Engineering.
• 3 years in quality engineering; CQE certification preferred or recent college degree
• Familiarity with automotive machinery; OSHA 10 certification may be required.
  
  

Pay negotiable, depends on years of experience

Full time, day shift position
