Sales Representative

Penmac Staffing is now seeking a Direct Hire Modular Home Sales Rep

The schedule for this position is: Day Shift

This opportunity pays: Base Salary Commissions

Responsibilities Of a Job Title Include

• Promote and sell modular homes to potential buyers
• Understand and articulate the features and benefits of our modular homes
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other means
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
• Keep up to date with industry trends and developments
• Prepare and present sales contracts and proposals to potential buyers
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our modular homes
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress
  
  

Required skills, education, and experience for this Job Title position include:

• Proven experience as a salesperson, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of modular home construction and real estate regulations is a plus
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• High school diploma; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus
