Shift Superviser B Shift

Penmac Staffing is now hiring a Shift Supervisor for a local pet food manufacturer. The ideal candidate must be able to work 12-hour shifts with overtime as needed. This candidate must also have at least 3 years’ minimum experience in management as well as manufacturing experience. The minimum pay rate starts at $55,000.00 per year with an additional premium rate and 5% bonus.

Duties

• Ensure that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters
• Ensure proper formulation of product
• Maintain raw inbound inventory and pit levels
• Adhere to sanitation standards
• Compare analytics to specifications on finished products
• Training, coaching, or assisting in coaching of plant associates
• Prepare work orders and daily shift reports
• Investigate and report all accidents/incidents
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
• Three years of experience in Manufacturing
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
• Knowledge of product/customer specifications
• Ability to communicate effectively and be a team member
• Must follow all safety requirements
