Penmac Staffing is currently seeking a 2nd shift Production Workers to fill an opening with a Poultry company located in Waldron AR.

The ideal candidates should have Stable work history that demonstrates reliability and will need be able to work in Cold climates with the ability to lift 45lb. while standing for duration of shift. *Must be willing to explain any and all gaps in employment history.
Requirements of the 2nd shift Production Workers to
Must be able to lift up to 45lb throughout duration of shift
Ability work in hot, cold, damp, wet climates
Good Attendance and punctuality is a must
Experience working in poultry is a plust but not required!
Willing to submit to a drug test
Ability to use knife/scissors to cut product
Benefits of the 12nd shift Production Workers to
Starting pay $17.50/hr
2nd shift (10 hour shifts 4 days a week (off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday unless posted)
Full-time - Overtime as required!

Responsibilities of the 2bd shift Production Workers to
2nd shift (Monday - Thursday) 10 hour shifts
Place Safety in workplace above all else and follow safety guidelines alone with reporting safety issues.
Communicate with other operators or supervisors to discuss any part or equipment defects. Identify any issues that may occur on the production line
use knife/scissors to cut and separate product
Must be able to wear any assigned PPE while in facility
