We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage inventory operations using a computerized Warehouse Management System (WMS). Your primary responsibility will be ensuring accurate inventory counts and maintaining up-to-date records for customer inventory.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage inventory operations using a computerized Warehouse Management System (WMS). Your primary responsibility will be ensuring accurate inventory counts and maintaining up-to-date records for customer inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Perform key inventory tasks, such as transfers, cycle counts, and reconciliation, to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Monitor product codes and review documentation to identify and troubleshoot discrepancies between physical inventory and records.
- Develop and implement improvements to operational procedures to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Track inventory accuracy rates, defective items, and return/purchase trends to support quality control decisions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while providing exceptional customer service as needed.
- Proven experience resolving inventory discrepancies through investigative processes.
- Hands-on involvement in physical inventory planning, including orchestration and execution of counts.
- Proficiency in extracting and analyzing data from a WMS using Excel.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers during challenging situations.
- Experience with OS&D (Over, Short, and Damaged) reporting.
- Familiarity with nonconforming material management and process improvement initiatives.
- Forklift experience (certification preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a goal-oriented mindset.
