Penmac Staffing in Lyman SC is currently looking for an IG Product Specialist for one of our top-notch clients in the Wellford/Lyman area. They are a Gear manufacturing plant and have state of the art buildings. They offer amazing benefits and perks as well. This is a first shift position and starting pay is between $23-25 an hour. It is a temp to perm position, and we do offer benefits from day one as well.

Inside sales
troubleshooting with customers and offering solutions to issues being called in or new solutions as they see the customer’s needs.
They have to be good at quoting and figuring pricing for various products per the job description.
Inquiry Support
Perform drive selections, including and third party products, to meet the requirements of the customer.
Evaluate industrial drive selections considering guidelines, calculation tools, and pricing policies.
Generate quotations based on established policies within acceptable time periods.
Work closely with Application Engineers to support regional territory assignments.
Peer review other application team members work to ensure high degree of offer accuracy.
Order Support
Review incoming orders for technical accuracy and fulfillment of customer requirements.
Manage order changes and provide technical support for orders in process and already delivered.
Technical Support
Provide technical sales support to Sales Managers, OEM, Distributors and User accounts.
Coordinate within network for technical and logistical support.
Develop functional knowledge of calculation programs.
Develop functional technical knowledge of industrial gear products and accessories.
Develop functional knowledge related to industrial gear applications.
