Production Workers - Brainerd / Little Falls

Penmac Staffing has teamed up with a local food-manufacturing company in the search for Full - Time Production Workers for both its Brainerd and Little Falls locations! We are hiring for multiple positions and shifts! 1st-Shift, 2nd-Shift, and 3rd-Shift positions available, with both weekday and weekend-only options as well!

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 60lbs
• Forklift experience is required for some of the positions
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be mechanically inclined and have basic math skills
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Basic computer skills.

Compensation:

• Pay ranges between $14.25/hr plus bonuses - $30/hour, depending on position/shift

(1) Raw Ingredient Backup Operator $20.50/hr

( 4) Packaing Laborer $19/hr

(1) Cooling Room Operator $ 20.50/hr

(1) Mill Utility Float $23.50/hr (4pm-3am)

(1) Mill Set Up Specialist $25/hr

(1) Production Laborers $20.50/hr

(1) Quality Technician $21.50/hr

(1) Plant Sanitation $19/hr

Little Falls 3rd Shift Openings 10pm– 6:30am unless otherwise noted:

(1) Mill Operator $23/hr (9:00pm - 5:30am)

(1) Raw Ingredient Laborer $22/hr (10pm - 6:30am)

(1) Quality Technician $23/hr
