Penmac Staffing has teamed up with a local manufacturer in the Aitkin area, and we are looking for Full - Time Rubber Molders to add to the team! Opportunities on 1st shift (Mondays - Thursdays, 6am - 4pm) With pay starting at $16.00/hour and 2nd Shift (Mondays - Thursdays, 4pm - 2am) with pay starting at $16.50/hour and amazing benefits included!

- Understand the production process (know measurements for weighing material)
- Perform quality inspection of parts/product per directions Trim product parts
- Accurately count product

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Safety glasses, close-toed shoes (steel toe), gloves, arm guards)
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach above shoulders, and lift at least 50 lbs
