This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Pay will depend on experience.

- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications and job fit.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Coordinate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, reviewing background checks, and completing new hire paperwork.
- Conduct employee orientations and ensure client satisfaction by promptly filling job orders.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and client hiring managers.
- Manage payroll, unemployment claims, and workers’ compensation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide exceptional customer service with timely communication and feedback to clients and candidates.
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or hiring (this includes retail and hospitality hiring experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- A team-oriented, proactive, and professional approach.
