Penmac Staffing in West Plains is hiring a Stock Control Associate for a business partner in West Plains, Mo.
Normal Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm (Hours may vary with overtime)
Rate of Pay: $15.42/hour
General Purpose of Job: Unload import trucks, confirms goods have been received, warehouse goods and pull orders for order prep.

Education/Experience:
Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
No computer skills required.
Certificates and Licenses:
Forklift training will be provided.

- Unloading import trucks.
- Conduct 7-point container inspection and complete form for all import tricks.
- Confirm good have been received and counts are correct, by referencing the import receiving log report.
- Report any discrepancies found with the carton counts, from the import shipment(s).
- Wrap, tag, and warehouse good in the proper location.
- Assist with unloading slap DP and Foam.
- Pull custom orders with all components according to pull sheet.
- Do physical and hand counts, let supervisor know of any discrepancies.
- Maintain forklifts.
- Accuracy is essential for all aspects of this job.
- Maintain positive attitude, manner, and communication towards co-workers and supervision.
- When scheduled and authorized by supervisor, you will be expected to work overtime.
