Lawn Care Crew Leader

About Us:

We are a growing lawn care and landscaping business in Altoona, PA, dedicated to providing top-quality services to residential and commercial clients. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Lawn Care Crew Leader to lead a small crew and ensure our jobs are completed efficiently and professionally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in performing lawn maintenance, landscaping, and related tasks
• Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction on job sites
• Train and oversee crew members to maintain high standards
• Keep track of job completion times, materials used, and project details
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance among team members
• Communicate effectively with management, crew members, and clients

Qualifications:

• Experience Requirement: At least 2 years of lawn care experience with 1 year in a supervisory role OR 2 years of experience as a foreman or crew leader in a related field
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Experience operating and maintaining lawn care equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (preferred)
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift 50 lbs

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
