C&I Relationship Manager Job Summary
At Penn Community Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled C&I Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a loan portfolio of existing clients, soliciting new business, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Portfolio Management: Actively manage a loan portfolio of existing clients, including examining, evaluating, and authorizing or recommending approval of customer applications for commercial loans.
- Sales and Business Development: Develop sales leads independently and in collaboration with the Business Development officer and Branch Managers to attain new C&I business relationships and product sales.
- Loan Administration: Manage a loan portfolio of existing clients, monitor loan quality, and ensure timely renewals of lines of credit.
- Customer Interaction: Interview applicant(s), request specified information for loan applications, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Credit Analysis: Analyze applicant financial status, credit, banking status, and other information to determine feasibility of granting a loan.
- Loan Facilitation: Compile loan packages, facilitate negotiation of loan structure with applicants, and present loans to approving authorities or Loan Committee for approval.
- Product Promotion: Promote and cross-sell other Bank products and services as appropriate to customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lending, with formal credit training preferred.
- Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of C&I related commercial lending, including underwriting and credit, good verbal and written communication skills, satisfactory knowledge of loan documentation, and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
