PennEngineering is seeking a motivated, excited, individual to be a part of our Sustainability and Quality team. As the Sustainability and Quality Coordinator at PennEngineering, you'll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.

This role is Part Time, approximately 20 hours a week.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Product Compliance Management:
- Prepare and maintain product compliance forms to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and data for compliance reporting.
- Customer Inquiries:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to sustainability practices and product compliance.
- Provide clear and accurate information to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Sustainability Communication:
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect periodic articles and updates on sustainability initiatives, achievements, and best practices for internal and external communication.
- Work with Marketing and Communications to release through various channels.
- Assist in the development of educational materials to promote sustainability awareness within the organization.
- Data Tracking and Reporting:
- Maintain records of sustainability metrics and compliance documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports for management on sustainability performance and compliance status.
- Support Sustainability Initiatives:
- Participate in sustainability projects and initiatives aimed at reducing the organization's environmental impact.
- Quality Department Support:
- Creation of presentations for monthly and quarterly reporting
- Assist in the build-out of manufacturing control documents in the QMS
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 1-2 years' experience in administrative/office work
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
