Establishes a pleasant rapport with internal and external guests.
Responsible for knowledge of and strict adherence to PLCB and RG standards.
Responsible for thorough knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their proper preparation, and ongoing knowledge of new drink trends.
Responsible for mixing and serving beverages directly to bar patrons as well as in a service station capacity to beverage/food servers as venue requires.
Accurate and efficiently uses POS system.
Tracks usage and inventory and orders stock to maintain established pars.
Maintains awareness of guest alcohol intake following RAMP guidelines.
Keeps work area neat and clean in accordance with all PA Department of Health standards.
Restocks station for start of next shift at end of shift.
Maintains well-groomed appearance in accordance with Food & Beverage Grooming Standards at all times.
Participates as a team member with all servers, barbacks and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.
Declares tips through time and attendance system at the end of each shift.

Must have high School Diploma/GED.
Six months or less of Bartender experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.
Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from guests.
Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, verbal, etc.).
Must have basic computer knowledge; ability to operate POS systems.
Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Must be able to obtain proper food handler certification and RAMP certification.
