- Partners with internal stakeholders to meet the needs of the business units.
- Maintains and supports the internal and external recruitment efforts for Talent Acquisition.
- Manages open job requisitions in iCIMS for non-exempt corporate professional and property leadership roles. May manage other open requisitions as needed.
- Reviews all resumes and applications for non-exempt corporate professional and property leadership positions. May assist with other roles as needed.
- Utilizes sourcing tools to their fullest potentials to expand talent pipelines for open roles.
- Meets established KPi (key performance indicators) and goals assigned by Manager.
- Pre-screens potential candidates and develops diverse talent pool for non-exempt professional/skilled roles and leadership positions. May assist with other roles as needed.
- Develops, implements, and executes sourcing strategies for open roles. Makes recommendations to Manager to improve strategies.
- Creates job offers and negotiates offers
- Manages phone interview schedules, schedules onsite interviews, and assess candidates according to hiring criteria.
- Determines which non-exempt professionals/skilled candidates are sent for property interviews.
- Ensures all background information complies with PENN Entertainment's standards for all hires.
- Partners with the talent acquisition team to determine strategy and resources for open positions.
- Consults with management on all performance related issues and concerns.
- Consistently demonstrates excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters

- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in Human Resources or related field from four-year college or university; or two to five years progressive experience in Human Resources with emphasis in Talent Acquisition; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have strong problem solving, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Must have excellent project and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Must have technical knowledge in building sourcing strategies using a variety of means including cold calling, leveraging competitive resources, networking, and data mining internet tools, web sites and social networking.
- Must have current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments and applicable laws regarding Human Resources issues.
- Must have experience with implementing and maximizing applicant tracking system—iCims. This involves understanding business needs and ensuring the system supports the needs, as well as ensuring end users and hiring managers are properly trained.
- Strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
- Must have the ability to be proactive when working on tasks.
- Must have thorough knowledge of all employment related laws including Civil Rights, EEO, ADA, FLSA, State Racing and Gaming Commission.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Compensation range for this role is $52000 to $60000 annually, based on experience.Salary : $52,000 - $60,000
