- Provides professional assistance in all areas of Wardrobe and HR, including but not limited to Team Member and uniform life cycles, Team Member engagement events, and related transactions.
- Maintains focus on departmental priorities to align with business needs.
- Assists with Team Member questions/requests and escalates issues as appropriate to ensure prompt resolution.
- Performs Human Resources and Wardrobe administrative duties, including but not limited to maintaining inventory par levels for the distribution of uniforms and wardrobe accessories to Team Members, maintaining all office supply par levels, employee records, data input, and research. Prepares Team Member/vendor badges, and new hire in processing packets.
- Assists in preparation for New Hire Orientation and execution of Team Member engagement, wellness, training and retention events.
- Assists in developing and maintaining property communication, including but not limited to back of house hallway and Team Member Dining Room (TDR) televisions.
- Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude as well as a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor with all Team Members, applicants, and guests.
- Assists with Boomtown HR and Wardrobe tasks as needed.
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
- Serves as a liaison between HR and other department representatives to resolve problems related to needs and opportunities.
- Assists with minor Team Member uniform alterations as needed.
- Evaluates requests for uniform modifications and submits for approval as needed.
- Oversees the examination of uniforms and arranges for the cleaning of them.
- Accurately maintains database of all records of uniforms issued and returned through a software system.
- Maintains complete confidentiality of team member records/issues and protected company information at all times.
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one year of customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience working in Human Resources or Wardrobe is preferred but not required.
- Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook). Knowledge of iCIMS and UltiPro experience preferred.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information able to multi-task and problem solve.
- Must have excellent organizational, presentation, and time management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Must have exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results.
- Must approach Team Member questions and concerns in a caring, confidential, and helpful manner.
- Must be able flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours according to business needs.
- Must have ability to operate a basic sewing machine.
- Must be able to work high volume days, nights, holidays, and weekends, as needed.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
