Pay : $18.00 / Hour & performance-based incentive program

Skills & Requirements :
Must have a valid driver's licensePrior leadership experience in fence building, construction, or carpentry experience (minimum 2 years).Measure and lay out fence lines and mark posthole positions, following instructions, shop drawings, blueprints or specifications.Working knowledge of power tools, construction tools, and equipment.The ability to interpret job bids and determine necessary : tools, supplies, and equipment needed.Regularly required to move around, use hands, use feet to walk, stand for long periods of time, and push / pull / lift / move up to 75 pounds unassisted.Outstanding leadership skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Role and Responsibilities :
Leading & supervising a team to install fences including job training of employees, planning, assigning tasks, directing work, appraising performance and quality of work.Directs and verifies compliance with Company Safety Policy and Programs.Verify that all parts, materials and tools needed for project installation are loaded on the truck prior to going to the assigned job site.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, construction specifications, drawings, blueprints, and operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Reports on all work hours and quantities for project and personnel.The Foreman will be required to wear and enforce all safety equipment as mandated by Company Safety Policies.Compensation :
