- Assist with preparing cafeteria for the daily lunch period. This may require moving tables, chairs, and/or trashcans.
- Actively supervise students (up to 800 at one time) as they enter and exit the cafeteria. Active supervision requires
- constant mobility and scanning of the cafeteria.
- Perform duties that assist students with their lunches, i.e. ticket distribution, opening containers, condiments etc.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere, i.e. assist with spills and general clean up.
- Actively supervise students during the lunch period, assisting to maintain a positive lunchroom environment.
- Activesupervision requires constant mobility and scanning of the cafeteria.
- Monitor safety procedures in the cafeteria: fire, disaster and code blue drills.
