Summary:
AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, Your primary purpose is to provide assist with the day-to-day operations. The Administrative Assistant is a leader of the community who is responsible to support the clerical functions of the community and meet regulatory compliance of the facility under the Administrator. To follow all facility policies and apply them uniformly to all employees. To ensure the highest degree of quality care is provided to our residents at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous Personal Care Home experience preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
