AS A BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ASSISTANT, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the total nursing care for all patients within our Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit utilizing standards of care
QUALIFICIATIONS:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of experience in a behavioral health type setting required OR enrolled in an associates or bachelors program, preferably nursing
- Have Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within 6 months of hire
- Have Comprehensive Crisis Management certification within 6 months of start date in department/position
- Have ability to work flexible hours including shift, weekends, holidays, etc.
- Have ability to meet physical requirements of position
