Duties
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Coordinating Teacher
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one care to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to promote positive behavior change
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Qualifications
-High School or Equivalent with 3 years of Autism Experience
- Associate's degree or higher in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques preferred
- - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
