Summary:
The Clerical Data Analyst, is responsible for organizing and performing all business office functions related to daily operations within the Breast Center. Responsible for management of the patient scheduling process including establishing a process for follow up on missed appointments. Perform an active role in managing data for the purposes of performance improvement and volume/workload evaluation. Act as a receptionist for all patients/visitors to the breast center.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree in an appropriate administrative support discipline preferred
- Previous radiology experience preferred.
- Previous experience in data collection, organization and management for quality reporting and also with time and attendance system and payroll completion preferred
- Must have good typing/computer skills including Microsoft office required
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and good prioritization skills required
