AS A CLINICAL NURSE EDUCATOR (RN) , you will function in the role of competent clinician and educator who role models excellence in nursing. The Clinical Nurse Educator serves as a mentor for RNs, GNs, LPNs, and CNAs. You will promote competency attainment and advancement within nursing. You will work in collaboration with health care team members and incorporate performance improvement results into planning and providing continuing education.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license or Temporary Practice permit
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Education or a related field required
- Willingness to obtain a Master's degree in Nursing Education or related field within four years of hire
- Three years of experience in acute care
- Have Healthcare Provider CPR at hire and ACLS within six months of hire
