Summary:
AS A REGISTERED DIETITIAN, you will be responsible for coordinating all phased of nutrition care including nutrition assessment, care planning, monitoring, education and counseling of hospitalized patients and long term care facility and outpatients in a variety of settings. You will perform duties in support of and in compliance with performance improvement plans, The Joint Commission and other licensing and regulatory agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Four year Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics, Nutritional Sciences, Human Nutrition or comparable major
- Registered Dietitian (RD) by The Commission on Dietetic Registration (Candidates eligible for registration may be considered with the understanding that registration will be achieved within 60 days of hire)
- Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) by the PA Board of Dietetics and Nutrition
