AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN), you will support the physician or mid-level provider with assisting in development, implementation and evaluation of patient care. He / she will be required to coordinate the care with other services or outside health care providers. The LPN will serve as a liaison between the physician, the mid-level provider and all other health care providers.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania required
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association within the first year of hire required
