AS THE NURSING SUPERVISOR, you will be responsible for managing patient care, ensuring quality, and assisting in the supervision of other professionals and health care workers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or Temporary Practice Permit required; Bachelor Degree in Nursing or related health care field preferred
- Current acute care experience with a minimum of 2 years cardiology/ telemetry experience required
- Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within 6 months and completion of Arrhythmia Course and ACLS certification within 12 months of start date in position/department; Desire to develop management skills and accept responsibility for departmental functioning with, and in the absence of, the Department Director; progressive and successful work history
