- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a post-secondary education as a medical secretary or related field (preferred)
- Have previous experience as a medical secretary (preferred)
- Have color vision
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel (preferred)
- Have an understanding of medical terminology (preferred)
- Have BLS on hire or within 6 months
- Have Cerner experience (preferred)
- Have ability to work flexible hours including shift, weekends, holidays, etc.
- Have ability to pass Criminal Background Check
